Breast cancer is a frightening diagnosis. My whole world came to a focus I neither expected nor wanted. I feel very fortunate to have already been experiencing regular ACE treatments at this point in my life at The Alliance. It was only natural for me to continue with the acupuncture, chiropractic care and energy in my recovery from a mastectomy and subsequent chemotherapy. I increased the frequency of my visits and found them to be so therapeutic, mentally and physically. Fatigue was about the only side effect of the entire ordeal of chemo. All the horrible issues that can go along with surgery and chemo were not problems for me. I used very little pain medication and felt very positive during the long weeks of chemotherapy. I have remained a happy and healthy individual in the aftermath. My team at The Alliance rallied around me with so much positive support. Dr. Sandi’s audio “Change your Life” plus other meditation guides available at their retail store were lifesavers for me during those long, sleepless nights just after the diagnosis and during preparation for surgery and chemotherapy. Dr. Liz had been guiding me toward my best health and we just picked up the pace! I am truly grateful.

My oncologist had advised that my chemotherapy and radiation treatments would be so aggressive, I would be unable to work. I started ACE treatments and supplements at the Alliance Institute at the same time as my treatments. The only down time I had was during the actual treatments and I believe this was due in part to the care give by the Alliance Institute.
